Admissions Checklist - CLAS

Now that you’ve made the brilliant decision to attend CMU’s main campus in Fayette, it’s time to follow the path that will officially make you an Eagle. Welcome to what promises to be one of the great experiences of your life!

Admissions

  • Submit final high school, AP, Dual Credit and/or college transcripts
  • Sign scholarship letter and return to Office of Admission
  • Pay enrollment deposit ($200 for resident students, $100 for commuter students)
  • Incoming Freshman for the fall semester must complete the Pre-Scheduling Questionnaire

Eagle Day

Sign-up to attend an Eagle Day (Students must fill out a FAFSA prior to attending a registration day.) Eagle Days fill up fast, so reserve your spot now!

Freshman Eagle Days

  • Saturday, April 8  (8:00 a.m. or 12:00 p.m.)
  • Saturday, April 29  (8:00 a.m. or 12:00 p.m.)
  • Tuesday, May 16  (8:00 a.m. or 12:00 p.m.)
  • Tuesday, June 20  (9:00 a.m.)

Transfer Eagle Day

  •  August, 7 (8:00 a.m)

Log onto your myCMU Account

  • Go to myCMU. (A link to myCMU is also in the top right corner of every CMU webpage.)
  • Enter your username and password. If you're unsure of your username and password please contact the helpdesk at 660-248-6197 or email helpdesk@centralmethodist.edu.
  • Choose the student tab and complete the following:
  1. Financial Aid: View Document Tracking
  2. Parking Registration: Register your vehicle and receive a parking pass. (All students must complete this form.)
  3. Billing and Payments: Sign the Contract for Payment. Select an e-Cashier payment plan (available after May 1)
  4. Submit your Housing Application
    Submit the petition to live off-campus if you meet the guidelines. Contact the Office of Student Development at 660-248-6223 with any questions.
  5. FERPA form (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act - more information)
  6. Validation Checklist - Checklist students need to complete before the start of each semester.

Health Forms

ALL Students: Complete your health forms and complete TB Screening

Student Athletes

PlayNAIA.org is the official clearinghouse for the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) eligibility. Every student-athlete must register with the NAIA eligibility center to play sports at an NAIA college.

All student athletes must complete all athletic paperwork prior to the beginning of the semester.
