Since 1992, Central Methodist University has offered courses and degree programs, including the Master of Education degree program, on the campus of East Central College in Union, Missouri.

Central Methodist University courses at East Central College are primarily designed for students who have already completed a two-year college degree, or degree at the associate's level, and who wish to complete requirements for a baccalaureate, or four-year, college degree. Courses are also appropriate for students not desiring to fulfill requirements for a four-year degree but who are interested in personal or professional enrichment or growth.

Advisor for undergraduate degree programs in Accounting, Applied Science Business, Computer Science, Child Development, Criminal Justice, Education in the areas of Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle School, Secondary Business, and Special Education, Psychology, Sociology, and Masters in Education.
