Graduate Assistant - Admissions
The AGA will assist the VP of Enrollment Management with daily office tasks, help with the recruitment of prospective students, all while providing excellent customer service to all of our internal and external constituents.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
50% Office operations
20% Assist with special events and campus tours
10% Assist in connecting with prospective students
10% Data entry
10% Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Acceptance into a Graduate program at Central Methodist University
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to occasionally life up to 50 lbs.
Dexterity to operate general office equipment with reasonable accommodations
Ability to speak in a clear and loud voice.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
Above average written and oral communication skills
OTHER INFORMATION AND ATTRIBUTES:
Due to events travel, applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record to qualify to operate a vehicle within the CMU guidelines.
