GENERAL SUMMARY:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, responsible for the assisting in the direction of all phases of the bookstore, including concept, procurement, creation and invoicing of apparel for the store, teams and outside constituents, customer service in the EagleStore and Campus Printing, sales floor coverage and sales floor preparations.

Provides excellent customer service to our students, donors, sponsors, alumni and all of our internal and external constituents.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

50% Apparel Creation

20% Procurement and Invoicing

25% Sales Floor Coverage

5% Sales Floor Preparations

 

MANAGERIAL/SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Will provide general oversight for work study students. 

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree required.

Must be accepted into the CMU Graduate program

 

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to lift 50lbs, stand on your feet for periods of three to five hours at a time during production. 

Must be able to speak in a clear and loud voice.

 

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Customer Service; Microsoft Office; Apparel Production experience is preferred but not required.

Must be able to work occasional weekends for campus events.
