GENERAL SUMMARY:

The position will directly serve to assist students to graduation through the management and maintenance of the degree audit program, tracking articulation agreements, and working with the Clearinghouse for reporting and tracking of student progress.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain the Degree Audit System in Jenzabar LMS (30%)
  • Track and maintain articulation agreements with community colleges, as appropriate (10%)
  • Manage the Clearinghouse systems for reporting and tracking student progress. (60%)
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

 Bachelor's degree preferred, associate’s degree required.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Able to work for hours on the computer. Regularly required to sit for long periods of time when working in the office or traveling.  Specific vision abilities required include close vision. Must lift, carry, and move a minimum of 10 pounds on an occasional basis.

 

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

 Computer skills, good oral and written communication skills, eye for detail, number oriented
