Gulstad Achievement Scholarship Form

This scholarship is only available to students enrolling at one of CMU’s extended sites or online. Students must have completed or be within one semester of completing an associate's degree at State Fair Community College. 

Applicants are encouraged to apply early. The priority date for this scholarship is June 1 for fall applicants and November 1 for spring applicants. Applications received after these dates will be considered if funds remain.
