Tax documentation is needed from your spouse. The IRS Tax Return Transcript can be requested by:
- Online - www.irs.gov
- Telephone - 800-908-9946
- By mail - IRS Form 4506T-EZ
(Please be aware that it may take 6-8 weeks to receive tax transcripts from the IRS.)
