Your mother's name as reported on your FAFSA does not match the records for her SSN. You must correct her SSN (Item 62) or her name (Items 65/66). If her name is correct, confirm by re-entering both her last name and first name initial in Items 65 and 66. If confirmed, your mother should contact the SSA at 1-800-772-1213 or and make sure that they correct their records.
