Need FERPA
We have still not received your release of information form (or FERPA). This form asks you to list the names of those family members or others with whom you give us permission to discuss your financial aid. The form is online on the forms page of the CMU website. Scroll through to the Release of Information Form. Click on the form and follow the on screen instructions.
