Health Insurance
International Insurance is not different than domestic insurance. Make sure when you are looking to purchase an International Travel Insurance that you disclose to the company:
- 1. That you are planning to participate in intercollegiate athletics at CMU
- 2. That this policy will cover you the ENTIRE time you plan on participating with our athletic teams. Month to Month coverage is NOT permitted. It needs to at least be for a semester. Any charges that fall outside of this term or is seen as a “Pre Existing” condition will be the ATHLETE’s or PARTENT’S of the ATHLETE responsibility.
- 3. If you currently do not have insurance, check out Patriot Travel Medical Insurance or Seven Corners Travel Insurance. These are suggestions as to sites that have had insurance options for uninsured ATHLETES
